Dr. Isabella Ancheta, PT, DPT

Isabella Ancheta, PT, DPT was born in Miami and raised in South Florida, where her passion for sports and human movement began. She earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Florida International University.

As a former cross-country and track athlete, Isabella experienced sports-related injuries firsthand, giving her a deep understanding of the rehabilitation process from both the athlete and clinician perspective. This experience fuels her commitment to helping others return to sport safely and confidently.

Throughout her career, Isabella has worked with a wide range of athletic populations, including organizations such as Junior Orange Bowl, Pop Warner Football, and Highschool sports teams as an athletic trainer. Her background in both athletic training and physical therapy allows her to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, providing individualized, evidence-based care for athletes and active individuals of all levels.
