Prior to Force Physical Therapy

Prior to joining Force Physical Therapy, Dr. Keffer completed her final clinical rotation at Force, gaining experience working with high-level athletes, including NFL Draft prospects. She also worked in a general outpatient setting, treating a diverse patient population ranging from joint replacements to athletes returning to sport. Areas of Interest

Dr. Keffer has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation, with a focus on ACL rehabilitation and return-to-sport, stemming from her own experience sustaining an ACL injury shortly after committing to play collegiate soccer. She is especially passionate about working with soccer athletes and helping them return to the sport they love at the highest level. Beyond sports rehabilitation, Dr. Keffer is committed to helping every patient regain confidence, independence, and the ability to participate in the activities that matter most to them—while working toward goals they may have once thought were out of reach.

Athletic Experience

Dr. Keffer has been involved in athletics from a young age, beginning her soccer career as a goalkeeper at five years old. She was a multisport athlete throughout middle and high school, competing in soccer, volleyball, and track before continuing her soccer career at Nova Southeastern University at the NCAA Division II level. As a member of the 2019 NSU team, she helped capture the NCAA Division II South Region Championship, the first in program history. During her college offseasons, Dr. Keffer also competed semi-professionally with the Lehigh Valley Tempest. She continues to play soccer in a co-ed league and enjoys weightlifting and running in her free time.
