Mental Performance Coach / Sport, Exercise & Performance Psychology

Carla Davila is a Mental Performance Coach specializing in helping athletes and individuals strengthen their mindset during injury recovery, return to sport, and daily performance. Originally from Lima, Peru, Carla is a former competitive tennis player who went on to play collegiate tennis at Barry University, where she was part of two national championships.be receiving her bachelors degree in business management from Florida Atlantic University.

Her personal experience as an athlete who lacked mental support inspired her to pursue a career in sport psychology, so she could be the support she once needed. Carla holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology, with a minor in psychology.

She has worked with youth, college, and adult athletes, both in-person and online, and has led sessions in both English and Spanish. From facilitating group sessions at Evert Tennis Academy to working closely with the Barry University women’s tennis team, Carla brings experience and empathy to every session.

At Force Physical Therapy, she works with athletes of all levels, whether they’re recovering from injury, navigating performance slumps, or dealing with everyday mental challenges like confidence, focus, or motivation. Carla offers both in-person and online sessions, helping clients build the mental tools they need to feel and perform at their best on and off the field.
