Dr. Callaway Slusarz, PT, DPT

Education:

Dr. Slusarz received his B.A. degree in Biology from Wittenberg University in 2013. He continued his education at Ohio University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020.

Prior to Force Physical Therapy:

Prior to Force Physical Therapy, Dr. Slusarz worked at Continuing Healthcare Solutions, a skilled nursing facility in Cleveland, Ohio. There he gained valuable experience treating patients with a variety of conditions including stroke, amputation, total joint replacement, and Parkinson’s.

Athletic Background

Dr. Slusarz played baseball for three years at Wittenberg University. Prior to his senior season he was sidelined due to injury. During his rehabilitation process he confirmed his passion for physical therapy and guided his career path.

Dr. Callaway Slusarz is our newest team member from Cleveland Ohio. He finished his final clinical rotation with Force in March of 2020. Since then he has graduated from Ohio University and began working at a skilled nursing facility in Cleveland. Dr. Slusarz is moving down to Florida to join our team mainly at the Aventura clinic and Williams Island location.
