Dr. Kayvon Amirizadeh, PT, DPT

Education

Dr Amirizadeh received his Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Florida International University, and went on to graduate with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine, in St Augustine, Florida in 2025.

Prior to Force Physical Therapy

Prior to Force Physical Therapy, Dr. Amirizadeh gained extensive experience through clinical rotations in outpatient neurological and orthopedic settings, treating a wide range of conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, vestibular and sports-related injuries.

Athletic Experience

Dr. Amirizadeh has an athletic background growing up playing baseball and hockey, and has experience playing other sports recreationally. He maintains an active lifestyle through recreational hockey and weight lifting

Dr. Amirizadeh is driven by supporting patients as they reach milestones and resume activities that matter the most to them. He prioritizes individualized care plans designed to meet each patient’s specific goals, promoting optimal recovery and long-term wellness. Dedicated to ongoing professional growth and with a passion for athletics, he continually expands his knowledge and skills to provide the most current and effective treatments.
